Creekside Apartments, a 146-unit apartment complex at 529 Rossi St. in southeast Boise, was sold to Boise Green Investors II (managing member: Iconic Development). Cathy Rosera of MSA Realty LLC represented the buyer. Bob Bennett of Property Systems Inc. represented the seller. Rosera said Boise Green Investors II plans to make environmentally friendly “green” upgrades to the apartment complex, and to operate it primarily as housing for Boise State University students. Entities led by Iconic Development recently purchased, and commenced “green” renovations on, two other apartment complexes near Boise State, she said.

RMT Equipment purchased a 10,000-square-foot building at 2150 Century Way, Boise. Move-in was in late May. Previously the company occupied about 5,000 square feet of lease space at  7835 W. Mossy Cup St. Stan Bonham Co. owns RMT Equipment, which employs three in the Boise area. RMT is expanding its line of commercial grounds-care and turf-care equipment, said Kirk Barrell, service specialist.

Verde Inc., involved in warehousing and distribution, leased 8,630 square feet in the Phillippi Warehouse, 15-33 N. Phillippi St., Boise. Move-in was expected July 1. Millennium Science and Engineering leased 6,700 square feet at 1555 Shoreline Drive, Boise. Bob Sabino of Arthur Berry & Co. represented the tenant.

Chris Reeve Knives purchased a 6,079-square-foot industrial building at 2949 S. Victory View Way, Boise from McMaster Real Estate.  Gary Buentgen of Intermountain Commercial Real Estate brokered the transaction.

Jumpin’ Juice & Java, a coffee roasting and distribution business, leased 4,190 square feet at 5298 Bethel, Boise. Move-in was expected July 1. Sandy Smith of Commercial Real Estate Cos. represented the tenant. Dan Minnaert and Devin Pierce of Thornton Oliver Keller represented the property owner.

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center purchased a 2,388-square-foot medical office suite at 901 N. Curtis Road, Boise. Representatives of Arthur Berry & Co. brokered the transaction.

Elite School of Martial Arts, a martial-arts school and training facility, leased 2,203 square feet in the Cloud 9 Building, 1390 S. Maple Grove Road, Boise. Move-in is expected Aug. 1. Gavin Phillips, Mark Cleverley and Chris Pearson of Thornton Oliver Keller brokered the transaction.
