Creekside Apartments, a 146-unit apartment complex at 529 Rossi St. in southeast Boise, was sold to Boise Green Investors II (managing member: Iconic Development). Cathy Rosera of MSA Realty LLC represented the buyer. Bob Bennett of Property Systems Inc. represented the seller. Rosera said Boise Green Investors II plans to make environmentally friendly “green” upgrades to the apartment complex, and to operate it primarily as housing for Boise State University students. Entities led by Iconic Development recently purchased, and commenced “green” renovations on, two other apartment complexes near Boise State, she said.
