Bell Microproducts Inc., a distributor of storage and computing technology, announced it has signed a distribution agreement with Micron Technology to distribute Micron's line of DRAM modules, embedded NAND flash memory (used in cell phones) and the company’s new RealSSD solid state drives.

Like Micron, Bell Microproducts has been struggling financially. The company recently announced that its lenders have agreed to waive Bell’s obligation to provide audited financial statements through Sept. 30, 2008. Bell still must submit financial reports by March 17 or risk being delisted from the NASDAQ exchange.
