How would property tax repeal work?
The House Revenue and Taxation Committee on Feb. 16 unanimously allowed to move forward a plan to phase out the personal property tax over a period of years, starting with a sizable exemption up front.

Realtors want state to define scope of services
The House Business Committee has passed an Idaho Association of Realtors bill to make sure real estate firms present and explain offers to their clients. The Corporation for Enterprise Development recently issued its annual Development Report Card for the States, a measure of each state’s economic health and development efforts.
