Investor group expands into Boise

Keiretsu Forum, one of the largest networks of angel investors in North America, is opening a chapter in Boise.

The Keiretsu Forum Boise/Sun Valley will hold its first meeting Jan. 18, at the Hillcrest Country Club, the organization said in a press release.

Four companies will present the at Hillcrest event. Guests are invited to attend, but should be a future presenter or private investor.

Keiretsu members possess and share diverse industry expertise, from software, telecom and life sciences to retail and information technology

Since 2000, the Keiretsu network has funded over 120 companies with more than $70 million amid chapters located throughout the United States.
